when your toca boca resests it does that random it happens a lot when you get it once if you swipe toca boca out of your thing and stop playing it for a day it does it again so then you see the conver it takes all that stuff and takes it and you can't get it anymore it happened today to me I can't get stuff from the conver but it makes your Characters clothes and makes it white and Resets your houses you still have them but the furniture disappears and so I hope this helps ❤
